Nisga'a Memorial Lava Bed Provincial Park
The Nisgaa Memorial Lava Bed Park is located about 80 km north along Kalum Lake Road. About 300 years ago, Canadas youngest volcano erupted and resulted in damming lakes, shifting rivers and killing 2,000 Nisgaa people.

Old Copper City
On the north side of the Skeena River, east of Terrace Mountain, Old Copper City features the site of a riverboat landing, homesteads dating back to the 1890s, and the remains of orchards and flower gardens.
Old Remo Limestone Fossil Beds
Containing fossils over 250 million years old, the Old Remo Limestone Fossil Beds are found 5km out on Old Remo Road in Terrace.
